Instant Noodles Sales Crashed to the bottom after Maggi Ban

Centre files complaint against Maggi Noodles

One month after the ban on Nestle Maggi Noodles sales of Instant noodles in India have crashed by Over 90% to just about Rs 30 crore from Rs 350 crore a month earlier., according to industry estimates reports.

With this ban, Hindustan UniLever withdrew its Knorr Chinese noodles and Indo Nissin Top Ramen noodles which were pending for approvals with the Food Safety regulator.
